Solo

This was one of the most rewarding half-day trips I did from Almaty. The drive into the mountains was already beautiful, but the moment we reached Big Almaty Lake, the scenery became truly unforgettable. The color of the water against the mountains was stunning. I also liked that the tour included a few different photo stops instead of just one quick stop and back. Ayusai was a nice addition at the end and made the trip feel more complete.

A very enjoyable and well-organized mountain trip. We were picked up on time, the journey was smooth, and the whole route felt carefully planned. Big Almaty Lake was even more impressive than we expected, especially with snow still visible higher up in the mountains. The stop at the visitor center was also a nice touch, giving us a chance to warm up and relax a bit before heading back.

Friends

We had a fantastic time on this tour. The views at Big Almaty Lake were absolutely breathtaking, and the mountain air made the whole experience feel refreshing and special. I appreciated that the guide showed us several viewpoints, not just the most obvious one. The timing was good, the transport was comfortable, and the day felt easy from start to finish.

Business

I joined this tour during a work trip and it was exactly the right choice for limited time in Almaty. It was long enough to feel like a real outing, but short enough to fit into the day comfortably. Big Almaty Lake was the clear highlight, but I also enjoyed the stop at First President Park on the way back. The overall experience felt efficient, scenic, and very worthwhile.

This tour gave us one of the best nature experiences of our Kazakhstan trip. Big Almaty Lake is incredibly beautiful in person, and the mountain setting makes it feel much more dramatic than in photos. I liked that the guide made sure everyone had time for photos and to enjoy the scenery at a relaxed pace. A really memorable half-day escape from the city.
