Public Offer Agreement

1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Turganova (hereinafter — the Service Provider) to conclude an agreement for the provision of tourism services (hereinafter — the Agreement) on the terms set out below.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is effected by payment for the Service Provider's services. Acceptance constitutes full and unconditional agreement to all terms.

1.3. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains effective until all obligations are fulfilled.

2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with tourism services (tours, excursions, transfers and related services) as described on kazakh.travel.

2.2. The specific scope of services, price, date and location are determined at the time of booking.

3.1. Prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking.

3.2. Payment is made by bank card (VISA or Mastercard) via the FreedomPay secure payment gateway.

3.3. The service is deemed paid upon receipt of a successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway.

3.4. After payment, the Customer receives a booking confirmation by email.

4.1. The Service Provider undertakes to: deliver the services on the agreed date, time and location; ensure the Customer's safety; provide qualified guides and transport; and, if unable to deliver, notify the Customer and offer an alternative or a refund.

4.2. The Customer undertakes to: pay for the services in full; arrive at the meeting point on time; follow safety rules and the guide's instructions; and provide accurate contact information.

4.3. The Service Provider may: modify the route or programme for safety or force-majeure reasons; refuse service to a Customer who violates group conduct rules.

5.1. The Customer may cancel a tour no later than 24 hours before the start time by contacting [email protected] or +7 707 218 96 56.

5.2. For timely cancellations the full amount is refunded within 21 business days to the original card.

5.3. No refund is issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the start time or no-shows.

5.4. If the Service Provider cancels a tour (excluding force-majeure), a full refund is issued within 10 business days.

5.5. Force-majeure events include natural disasters, military actions, government orders, pandemics and other circumstances beyond either party's control. Rescheduling or refund terms are agreed upon by the parties.

6.1. The Service Provider is not liable for damage caused by the Customer's failure to follow safety instructions.

6.2. The parties bear liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.3. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing that, in a court at the Service Provider's place of registration.

7.1. By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.1. This offer is effective from the date of publication on the website until withdrawn by the Service Provider.

8.2. The Service Provider may amend the terms of this offer by publishing a new version on the website.

8.3. This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
