Payment Information

Payments are processed securely via FreedomPay. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Payment security

Online payments are processed in accordance with the rules of the Visa and Mastercard international payment systems, using industry-standard encryption and secure data transmission. Card details are entered on the FreedomPay secure payment page.

You will be asked to enter: card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and the three-digit CVV2/CVC2 security code (found on the back of your card).

After entering your card details, you may be redirected to your bank's 3D Secure verification page where you will receive a one-time SMS code. If you do not receive the code, please contact your card-issuing bank.

Your card data is transmitted in encrypted form only and is never stored on our servers.

Possible reasons for payment failure

  • the card is not enabled for online payments — please check with your bank;
  • insufficient funds on the card;
  • incorrect card details entered;
  • the card has expired.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted no later than 24 hours before the tour starts.
  • Refunds for timely cancellations are processed within 21 business days to the original card.
  • No refund is issued for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
  • If the tour is cancelled by us, a full refund is issued within 10 business days.

Service delivery

After successful payment you will receive a booking confirmation to your email address. The meeting point and start time for your tour are included in the confirmation.
