1. General principles

To support a prompt review, please include:

• the claimant’s name and contact details;
• the exact URL of the page and disputed material;
• a description of the protected work and requested action;
• documents or links supporting ownership of the rights;
• proof of authority where the notice is submitted by a representative.

3. Review process

The request is recorded and reviewed. Access to the disputed material may be temporarily restricted during review. If a lawful basis for use cannot be confirmed, the material is removed or replaced. Additional information may be requested where necessary.

This process does not restrict other remedies available under law and does not by itself constitute an admission of infringement or liability.
