This 5-day Kazakhstan tour was a fantastic introduction to the country. We really liked that it combined Almaty city life with major nature highlights without feeling too rushed. The day in Charyn Canyon was unforgettable, and Kaindy Lake was even more beautiful than we expected. Serik made the whole trip feel smooth, personal, and very well organized.
A very comfortable itinerary for first-time visitors. The airport pickup and hotel arrangement made everything much easier from the start, especially with children. We loved the contrast between the city sightseeing in Almaty and the peaceful scenery around Kolsai and Kaindy. Olzhas was kind, patient, and very easy to communicate with.
This trip gave us exactly what we wanted: city, mountains, canyon landscapes, and a well-balanced pace. The cable car to Kok-Tobe was a fun part of the tour, but the real highlight for me was the Valley of Castles in Charyn Canyon. The overnight stay in Saty made the nature part feel more complete. Aset handled everything very professionally.

Green Bazaar and Panfilov Park added a nice local touch before the more dramatic scenery of the canyon and lakes. Serik was thoughtful, organized, and made the whole trip easy to enjoy.
Such a well-planned route. I loved that the first day was relaxed after arrival, and then each day added something different — city views, canyons, village atmosphere, and the lakes. Kaindy Lake was especially memorable, and the short hike there was completely worth it. Olzhas made everything run smoothly and was always helpful without being intrusive.
