This was exactly the kind of mountain day I hoped for in Almaty. The pickup was smooth, the cable car ride was beautiful from the very beginning, and the views only kept getting better as we went higher. Shymbulak felt spacious, fresh, and incredibly scenic. I liked that the tour gave enough time not just to look around, but to actually enjoy the place, walk a little, take photos, and simply be in the mountains. A very easy and memorable day trip.

A really enjoyable experience and one of the highlights of our time in Kazakhstan. The ride up from Medeo to Shymbulak was fantastic, and the mountain scenery at the top was even more impressive than we expected. We appreciated that the schedule was relaxed enough to let us have lunch, take plenty of photos, and enjoy the atmosphere without rushing. Great option for travelers who want mountain views without needing a long or difficult hike.

We had a wonderful day at Shymbulak. The combination of cable car views, snowy slopes, fresh air, and time to explore made this tour feel very complete. It was especially nice that the route included both the transfer and enough time at the resort to make the outing feel proper, not rushed. Even for those of us who were not skiing, it was absolutely worth going for the scenery alone.

I joined this tour during a work trip and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in Almaty. Everything was well coordinated, and the resort itself was spectacular. The views from higher up were outstanding, and I liked that the day had some flexibility built in for coffee, walking, and optional activities. If you have limited time and want a clean, easy mountain experience close to the city, this is an excellent choice.

This trip had a very nice rhythm from start to finish. The ride to Medeo-Shymbulak was smooth, the cable car experience was beautiful, and once we reached the top it felt like stepping into another world. The air was crisp, the scenery was dramatic, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful but still lively. We especially enjoyed the time for lunch with those mountain views all around us. Very memorable.

For larger groups (7+ people), we provide specially prepared off-road vans and minibuses, including Dodge Caravan, Hyundai Starex and Mitsubishi Rosa, ensuring comfort and safety on all routes.
